Terms of Service
Last updated: May 7, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Sketch2Space ("we", "us", "our"), a web-based service that converts architectural floor-plan sketches into 3D models. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. The Service
Sketch2Space accepts uploaded floor-plan sketches (images or PDFs), runs automated AI and computer-vision analysis to extract rooms, walls, openings and furniture, and produces a 3D scene plus optional CAD exports. The service may evolve over time; we may add, change, or remove features at our discretion.
2. Eligibility and Account
- You must be at least 16 years old to use Sketch2Space.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your password and login credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- You may register through email/password, Google, Apple, or Facebook sign-in. The provider's terms also apply when you sign in via a third-party provider.
3. Your Content
You retain all ownership and intellectual-property rights to the sketches you upload and to the resulting 3D scenes ("Your Content"). You represent that you have the rights necessary to upload Your Content.
To operate and improve the service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, transmit, display, modify (e.g. resize, convert formats, generate derived 3D data), and use Your Content for the purposes described in these Terms and in our Privacy Policy — including using uploaded sketches to train and improve our computer-vision models. This licence terminates when you delete the relevant content or your account, except where retention is required for backups, legal compliance, or training datasets that have already been used to produce a deployed model (we will exclude your content from future model retrains).
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Upload content you do not have the right to upload, or content that violates intellectual-property, privacy, or other laws.
- Use the service to generate, store, or distribute illegal, harmful, harassing, or abusive content.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or otherwise extract our source code, AI models, or training data.
- Interfere with the service's operation, attempt to bypass rate limits or authentication, or probe for security vulnerabilities without prior written permission.
- Resell, sublicense, or repackage the service without a written agreement from us.
- Use the service to generate output for unlawful construction, planning-permission fraud, or any use that violates applicable building codes or regulations.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
5. AI Outputs and Professional Use
The 3D scenes, dimensions, exports, and any other output produced by Sketch2Space are generated by AI and computer-vision models and may contain errors. They are intended as a starting point for design and visualisation, not as engineering-grade or construction-grade documentation.
- You are responsible for verifying any output before relying on it for construction, planning permission, regulatory submission, structural calculation, or any other professional purpose.
- Sketch2Space is not a substitute for a licensed architect, structural engineer, or surveyor.
- We do not warrant that the output is accurate, complete, code-compliant, or fit for any particular purpose.
6. Service Availability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, specific uptime, or that defects will be corrected on a particular timeline. We may perform maintenance or change the service at any time without prior notice.
7. Pricing and Payment
Pricing terms, where applicable, are presented at the point of purchase. If you subscribe to a paid plan in the future, the subscription terms presented at that time will form part of these Terms by reference.
8. Intellectual Property of the Service
The Sketch2Space service, including its software, models, branding, design, and documentation, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or service marks.
9. Termination
- By you: you may delete your account at any time via the data-deletion process described in our Privacy Policy.
- By us: we may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if continuing to provide the service to you would expose us to legal or operational risk. Where practical, we will give notice and a chance to cure.
- On termination, your right to use the service ends. We will delete your account data per the Privacy Policy, subject to any retention required by law or for already-trained models (see section 3).
10. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation. We do not warrant that AI-generated outputs are accurate or suitable for any specific purpose.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sketch2Space, its operators, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the service. Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising out of or related to the service is limited to the lower of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $50.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the service, or content you upload.
13. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts in Tel Aviv–Jaffa, including the Tel Aviv–Jaffa Magistrate Court and the Tel Aviv District Court, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-product notice where reasonable. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
